Lotta Dann
Project Lead
I joined Blueprint full time in January 2023, after spending 3 years as a contracted facilitator of Addiction 101.
As Project Lead for Addiction 101, Weathering the Storm, and Stress, Resilience and Wellbeing, I help manage logistics and client relations, promote workshop attendance, and deliver reports and evaluations – all with the help of the fabulous Blueprint team and collection of contracted facilitators.
Outside of Blueprint, I am the community manager and content creator of the online peer support community Living Sober (www.livingsober.org.nz), and an author of three books on addiction and recovery, with a fourth in the works. I have a degree in Broadcasting Communications, a Master’s in Film, TV and Media Studies, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Counselling and Guidance). In 2023 I was made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM) for my work in addiction advocacy.
I was born and raised in Ōtautahi, but have spent most of my adult life in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, currently living in Karori with my husband, three sons and a black Labrador called Stanley. When I’m not working you can find me lying on the sofa watching Reality TV.
