Kiā ora, I am NZ-born to migrant parents from Samoa, and currently live in Tāmaki-Makaurau. My pronouns are He/Him. My background and upbringing have helped to shape a holistic perspective of health.
My professional career is in social work, youth engagement and education. I am interested in how people discover and develop the resources to look after their mental wellbeing. My current work includes the supervision to social work and health professionals as well as wellbeing support at music/arts events.
Looking forward to connecting with people through the MH101® workshops.
