Work With Us

Blueprint facilitators help people to better understand mental health and addiction challenges, and learn how to support people in their community.

Blueprint workshop facilitators are a special kind of person, passionate about empowering communities to support and stand alongside people experiencing mental distress. It’s work that reaches people in social support services, government and non-government organisations, workplaces, rural groups, education and training providers, as well as whānau members and community groups.

We’re looking for people who want jobs in a community-focused co-facilitation role that makes a positive difference. As a Blueprint facilitator, you’ll help people discover the knowledge and tools they need to support people experiencing mental health and addiction challenges, as well as look after their own wellbeing.

Work with a great team

You’ll work as a team with other co-facilitators who are passionate about breaking down stigma and discrimination around mental health and addiction, bringing manaakitanga to facilitate great conversations.

Best of all, Blueprint takes care of all the logistics involved in running a workshop. We’ll make sure you have everything you need and we’ll take care of participant registrations, so you can put your energy into doing what you do best: strengths-based, person-centred facilitation that takes people on a journey of empowerment and understanding.

We run workshops all across Aotearoa New Zealand, online and in person, which means the work is usually local and you can choose which workshops suit you. The remuneration is pretty good too!

If you’re someone with lived experience of mental health or addiction challenges or are a registered mental health or addiction professional and have exceptional facilitation skills, we’d love to hear from you.
